We believed it was vital to show you our professionalism and eagerness to satisfy each individual customer when you're considering which company to carry out your pool project and as an extension of our values on transparency. That's why we decided to commission Verified Reviews™, an external, trusted third party globally recognised as a specialist in this area, to collect our customer reviews.
Piscinelle customer reviews have now been certified compliant with standard NFZ74-501 "online reviews" and the certification standard NF522 by AFNOR Certification since 28 March 2014 (find out more).

How does it work?
Verified Reviews™ is responsible for collecting reviews from all our customers. Also, for certain types of orders (kit or ready-made packages), all customers are emailed a feedback request once the Piscinelle teams have completed their work.
Reviews of Piscinelle can only be carried out by customers, which means it's not possible to submit fake reviews (positive or negative). Only one review is allowed per customer.
All submitted reviews are visible and cannot be deleted (except in instances regulated by standard NFZ74-501, e.g. in the event of libellous or offensive content).
Verified Reviews™ is a French system used throughout the world by groups recognised for their professionalism including Darty, American Express, Carglass, etc.
